Usually long sleeves should protect you completely, but I can't say for sure. I guess it depends on the thickness and type of cloth you use.
It is very easy to get sun poisoning and skin cancer from a sunburn , so I would use both sunblock and a long sleeve shirt.
References :
Will playing golf with long sleeves prevent my arms from getting sunburned?
Since I already have dark spots in my arms due to being under the sun for four hours playing golf, I recently tried using long sleeves instead off putting sunblock lotion. I noticed though after the game that my arms got even darker compared to when using my usual sun block. Does cloth prevent skin damage from the sun or I am better off using sunblock.

Well I work in a nursery in the UK... what you would need to do is, search online for nurseries in your local area, give them a call and show your interest, they will then most probably ask you a few details and send you out an information pack with everything you need to know about their nursery, e.g. cost, opening times, t&c's etc. Then what they will probably do, is invite you to have a look around their nursery and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. I would advise you to look at as many nurseries as you can. Once you have found the right one you will know it. Hope this helps :-)
References :
Something familiar to her... do you make her PB&J sammies or ham/turkey sammies? If so, send those, and cut them however you usually cut them (in an X, diagonally, whatever).

Grapes, yogurt (don't forget a plastic spoon), pretzel sticks, raisins, banana, Cheerios or Crispix (finger food), etc. Don't forget milk in a thermos.
References :
my daughter likes turkey sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches (with or without jelly, depends on her mood), blocks of cheese (chedder, havarti, provolone, pepper jack, jarlsberg), lunchmeat, salami,

apples, oranges, broccoli, tomatoes (cut up in a tuperware with a spoon), carrot, celery, (with a little thing of dip. sometimes when i have fast food, i stock up on sides of ranch dressing so she doesn't lose the tupperware)

fruit snacks, sesame sticks, wheat thins, rosemary triscuits, pirates booty (it's an all natural cheese puffed corn), granola bars

i know there's more. i just try to give her a variety so she doesn't get sick of it. she eats pretty well and likes a lot, so it's easy for me. good luck!
References :
Anything!!! :-o

Seriously, try chicken salad or tuna salad. Making some homemade buns by taking a roll of bread dough or pizza dough (like in a tube where you get the canned biscuits and stuff). Divide into about 6-10 portions, then put whatever you think she'll like...a little cooked chicken, cheese, some vegetables she likes, for example, in the center and then seal it off and cut a small slit in the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven about 10-15 minutes, or until brown and raised a little. You can let these sit and rise after you fill them before they bake if you like; and if you want a finish, try a little egg whipped up with some water and brushed on before you bake them.

These little pockets can be made by you and your granddaughter and you can make enough for several lunches...you might try a variety of fillings...even cheese and fruit.
References :
You could send her with ham and block cheese on whole grain bread with fruit and some of those natural chips made out of veggies with chocolate soy milk or juice box or bottled water for a drink.

there's lots of options! but please stay away from hot dogs...those are so completely horrible as far as sodium, saturated fat, and calories...awful things!
References :
As a manager / employer I want to know why you want to work with children, what your past experience is. Your strengths and how you would fit into my team (including why in particular you would want to work in my pre-school). Whether you are prepared to do ongoing training. What qualifications you have - if you don't have any do you have your own children? If there are any areas you are particularly interested in ie SENCO, EAL, Safe guarding children, Risk Assessment. Whether you have a CRB check. I think that is it. From your answers I would expect to see your enthusiasm for the job and your knowledge about children
References :
own a pre-school
